I used to eat much fast food, 2-3 times per week! I put a lot of weight and cost, now I eat maybe 2-3 times a month! Also, I'm pregnant. Not all fast food (Mc'Ds and KFC, etc.) is not, what does my baby need.
Good luck and hope enough get some answers.
Is over 40% of my weekly dose of fast food.
Very little. Usually not, but sometimes in the holidays and all who might be tempted.
