Alan Greenspan told Congress (in '87):
"If it sounds too bright for you"

have, instead, you misunderstood what I have said.

It seems that the central bankers and economists in other parts of the world, like here in Malaysia () and the language, Alan Greenspan.

Why no statements can be clear and transparent.

It is difficult for the public as we understand the problem and their assertions.

Why a command of the English language is a problem? I think that Greenspan called a subtle and funny.
English is a tool. There's also a fun toy.
