You will not get quality food at Wal-Mart.
If you have any grocery stores with organic food sections, which are often carriers of Own (Newman is not by me) are. Even in small shops for pets that - if you look like the "luxury"-type sections of stores where you live, look, there are the animal. Each small chain or the mother and the kind of pop pet stores to distribute these brands.
Alternatively, you can get quality at PetSmart but not organic food like Blue Buffalo and Health at Petco.
Note that mean "organic" does not always cat hygiene. I get the error for the purchase of an organic cat food for several years, has Trader Joe's just go home and read the ingredients - wheat was the first! Yes, it was the corn organically, but totally inadequate to feed a cat. Be careful! These three brands you mentioned are really popular with my cats, the Conservatives (- that is all I think). I always take a few boxes of the Newmans, when I on my grocery purchases.
